Garlic and parsley prawns
Serves 4
1 oz (25g) butter
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp parley
8oz(225g) large peeled prawns
To serve: French bread
1 lemon cut into wedges
Heat the butter and the oil in a frying pan. Add the minced garlic minced onion and PARSLEY and prawns and stir-fry until sizzling serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon wedges.
