You can cancel your orders with us at anytime cancellations must be made buy phone one week before your delivery is due and also confirmed by post.

Postponements of your order must be made one week before your normal delivery day by calling or emailing us at the telephone number or address shown on our website.

Ogg Valley Organics deliver to a limited area of the UK: information on this is available; we cannot deliver our products outside this delivery area.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than one week before your delivery is due.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time by posting the updated terms and conditions on our website in place of these. The changes will apply to the use off all of Ogg Valley Organics services after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions, you should not continue to with your orders from Ogg Valley Organics after the date on which the changes come into effect, your continuation with Ogg Valley Organics services indicate your agreement to be bound to the new terms and conditions.

Payment for delivery of produce is required on receipt of your box. After one month the option maybe available to change your payment to standing orders. All payment must be received seven days from receipt of invoice.

Retention of title goods remain property off Ogg Valley Organics until payment is received in full.
